Job Description

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and patient demeanor, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Document and update customer records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
